I have tried to use the "Quick Shop" function and it doesn't appear to be working.  What's wrong?

The quick shop function has to use the full "SKU" or "Product Code" shown on this website or on your product and price list.  This is usually in one of the following formats: 100000-1, 100000-1000, A1001-30, D2901-100, LB1502-20 etc.  Ensure you are using the full product code which you can check against the product on the website, and then ensure you are entering a valid numerical quantity (between 1 & 10000).  If you are still having problems, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I already have an account with you, I usually order over the phone, by email or fax.  Can I order off this website in the same way?

Yes! If you are an existing client and have ordered from us before, then please contact us and we will set everything up for you to order on all your existing terms. We can only upload your terms if your account is already setup on this website.

We've tried to make it as easy as possible for you, so if you know the codes you can use the quick order function to quickly add products to your basket, on your account dashboard you can simply reorder a previous order if you would like a repeat it, or search for anything you're unsure about!

I would like to know if you can support me with Point of Sale and other marketing.

We can support you with POS and other marketing on request, to help you to market our products. Bespoke marketing can be discussed. Please contact us to find out more!

I want to use one of your brands in my catering facility, do you allow this?

Yes, of course! We love to promote our own brands, and can help you to design and set up your own Lewis & Baker Coffee shop, your Ciao! I'm trying to set up a new account and my email address isn't accepted.

It's possible that your email adress may not be valid, is already in use, or that the system cannot accept it.  Try setting the account up with a different email address: you can always change the email address afterwards.

I live outside the UK and would like to order your products, is this possible?

Of course, however, as this is outside our normal range of operations, please contact us, and we will arrange a special delivery for you!

I would like to become a distributor of your products, is this possible and how do I begin?

Yes! We're always happy when someone wants to take advantage of our great distributor deals and spread our products further! Please contact us to discuss further with one of our team.

I want to email an order to you, where shall I send it?

Emailed orders should be sent to sales@fulfiluk.com.

I want to delete my account, but can't find out how to do this

We will be sorry to see you go - but if you have made your mind up, please contact us and we will remove your account for you.

I want to pay by card, but I don't have a Paypal account

Should you wish to pay by card without setting up a Paypal account, choose the "Paypal Check out" or "Paypal" option at checkout.  This will redirect you to the Paypal website, and you will have the option to "Check out as a Guest" - you will pay using your card, and will not need a Paypal account, or to set one up.
